Dr. Mohsen Zare, appointed Associate Professor at UTBM since 2020, actively shapes the education of future engineers within the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Ergonomics. His expertise spans industrial ergonomics, simulation, biomechanics, and workplace design. As a researcher at the ERgonomics and design of System (ERCOS) research center, Dr. Zare explores psycho-physiological and biomechanical factors, aiming to design user- compatible tasks, organizations, and systems. He has recently obtained accreditation to supervise research (HDR) in Ergonomics and Human Factors from the University of Bordeaux, furthering his commitment to advancing human- centric design principles and implementing multidisciplinary approaches for product/system design
