Guidelines for writing and submitting abstracts

To submit an article abstract, please register on the congress website and log into your account. Click on the "New Submission" option. Please patiently await the acceptance of your article. Once the reviewing team has reviewed your abstract, you can view the result and the reviewers' comments in your user panel. Your article may be accepted for oral presentation or as a poster.

If your submitted article is accepted for oral presentation:

If your article is accepted for oral presentation, further arrangements will be made through contacting you. 

If your article is accepted as a poster:

If your article is accepted as a poster, you can upload your poster file in the panel by following the steps provided:

1. Download the poster template and place your information in it. 

2. After placing the content, save the file as JPEG. To do this, go to File > Export > Change File Type > JPEG File Interchange Format (*.jpg) > Save As and save your file.

Guide to writing the content of the summary of the article

Please ensure that you include the title of the article, the names of the authors and their order, and identify the corresponding author. The full postal address, phone number, and email of the corresponding author should also be mentioned. Additionally, ensure that you provide the correct email address of all authors.

The abstract should include the introduction, materials and methods, results, conclusion, and key words. The introduction should highlight the importance, scientific background, necessity, and main aim of the research. 

The materials and methods should describe the target group and sampling method, data collection methods and instruments, and data analysis method. 

The results should highlight the most important research achievements

The conclusion should check the realization of the main aim of the study and provide suggestions for other researchers. 

Finally, provide 3-5 key words based on the MeSH.

Guidelines for submitting article abstract according to the type of article

ü Abstracts of original, review and qualitative articles should include the following components:

·        Introduction(15%)

·        Methods and Materials(35%)

·        Results(30%)

·        Conclusion(20%)

·        Key words

- In clinical trial articles, the IRCT registration code must be mentioned in the method or at the end of the abstract, otherwise the submitted abstract will be deleted.
