Is it necessary to submit an article to participate in the congress? Can we participate in the congress without an article?
No, it is not mandatory to submit an article. Participants can register in the congress without registering an article.

 


Do we have to pay a fee to send an article?
No, you must first create your user account on the congress site for free, after entering the user area, submit your article, after judging, if approved, pay the fee for submitting your article and participating in the congress.

 


If we participate in the congress first and pay the cost of participating in the congress and then submit an article, surely our article will be approved by the jury?
Approving and rejecting the arbitration has nothing to do with the payment of the participation fee in the congress, and if the arbitration is rejected, the participation fee in the congress will not be refunded.

What is the initial and final arbitration?
The article is first sent for preliminary review and refereed, after that the presentation of the article must be sent, so that the final review is done on the presentation (poster - short speech).

 


Can other authors of submitted articles receive a separate certificate?
Certificates are not given to other authors except the person who submitted the article.
